Shipping
Most items will be shipped within 48 hours*. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the approximate time for shipping. Shipping charges are displayed next to each item, and will be added to your merchandise total. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D. and we only ship within the continental United States. (*If you are paying by check, your order will be shipped after the check has cleared. This normally takes an additional 3-7 days.)

If you are unhappy with any item purchased at DentaleJewelers.com, just e-mail CustomerService@DentaleJewelers.com within 14 days and explain the problem. Let us know if you want a replacement or a refund (shipping is not refundable). If you are returning an item, you will receive an authorization number. The item to be returned must be in unworn and undamaged condition, with the original packaging still intact. Items should be sent back insured with freight prepaid and have the authorization number clearly marked on the package.
PLEASE NOTE: Pewter Plates which have been engraved may be returned for a
refund less a $10 repair service charge. Other items, such as pens or watches, which have been
engraved, CANNOT be returned.
